Where to ride
Portlanders jokingly refer to Mt. Hood Meadows, Timberline and Mt. Hood SkiBowl as "our little secret," but these three snowboarding areas offer some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the country. Mt. Hood, Oregon's most beautiful mountain, offers a fine range of experiences for destination travelers. With reasonable lodging near the mountain and in the Hood River area, this area has become a hotspot for families and friends wanting to have that perfect day.
